Terms & Conditions

By booking lessons with Dynamic Driving, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any driving lesson.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.

This policy applies to individual lessons and block bookings.

All block booking credit is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused lessons after this period will be automatically forfeited and are non-refundable.

Block bookings are non-transferable between pupils.

All agreed test day fees (including use of the instructor’s car) must be paid in full no later than the day before the test.

If payment is not received, the instructor reserves the right to withhold use of the vehicle for the test.

If the test is cancelled by DVSA or the pupil at short notice, standard cancellation and refund policies will apply.

Refunds will only be issued for lessons that have not been taken and are within the valid time period.

A refund request must be made in writing by email to: enquiries@dynamicdriving.co.uk.

For block bookings, refunds will be calculated based on the number of lessons taken at the standard single-lesson rate, not the discounted rate.

An administration fee of £10 will be deducted from all approved refunds.

No refunds will be issued for:

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Expired block booking credits.

No-shows or unfit driving conditions (e.g. under the influence of drugs or alcohol).

Pupils must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it upon request.

Pupils must meet the legal eyesight requirement (able to read a number plate from 20 metres).

Lessons may be refused if the pupil appears unfit to drive (e.g. illness, intoxication, emotional distress).

The instructor reserves the right to postpone or cancel lessons in the interest of road safety or vehicle condition.

Lesson times may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.

All lessons are subject to instructor availability and weather conditions.
